What Does Bluetooth Do?

It provides a way to connect and exchange information between
wireless devices such as Mobile Phones, PDA's, Laptops, PC's, Printers,
and Digital Cameras, via a low cost, globally available short-range radio
frequency.
With a Bluetooth headset, you can connect to your PC, laptop,
some home phones or PDA for VoIP or use your headset with your mobile
or office phone (with adapter). You can also use your Blutetooth headset
with more than one device at a time.
Bluetooth is an industry standard specification for wireless
devices.
The Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) is an industry
group that standardizes the Bluetooth System for wirelesspersonal device
networks. Bluetooth is a rapidly growing technology that allows people
to use wireless devices that transmit data within a 10 meter radius.
