Making Calls

Make an External Call:

  • Lift the handset or use hands-free
  • Dial "9" and the number

Call an Internal Extension:

  • Lift the handset or use hands-free mode
  • Dial the extension number (0 for operator and 20-59)

Transfer/Hold and Park

Transferring Calls to Another Extension:

  • Press "Hookflash"
  • Dial the extension number
  • Hang up

Place a Call on Hold

  • Press "Hookflash
  • Hang up

Park an External Call

  • Press "Hookflash"
  • Dial "712" and the park location (1-5)
  • Hang up.

Pick up a Parked Call:

  • Dial "712" and the park location (1-5)

Forwarding Calls

Forward all Calls:

  • Lift the handset or use hands-free
  • Dial "732"
  • Dial the extension number to receive the calls or enter an external phone number, starting with "9" and end with "#" or,
  • Dial "710" to forward to your voice mail box.

Cancel:

  • Lift the handset or use hands-free
  • Dial "732"


Forward Calls when your extension is Busy:

  • Lift the handset or use hands-free
  • Dial "733"
  • Dial the extension number to receive the calls or enter an external phone number, starting with "9" and end with "#" or,
  • Dial "710" to forward to your voice mail box.

Cancel:ECX 100

  • Lift the handset or use hands-free
  • Dial "733"

Forward Calls Not Answered after Four Rings:

  • Lift handset or use hands-free
  • Dial "734"
  • Dial the extension number to receive the calls or enter an external phone number, starting with "9" and end with "#".

Cancel:

  • Lift the handset or use hands-free
  • Dial "734"

Forward Group Calls

Forward All Calls from a Group

  • Lift the handset or use hands-free
  • Dial "792" and the group number (180-199)
  • Dial the extension number to receive the calls or enter an external phone number, starting with "9" and end with "#".

Cancel:

  • Lift the handset or use hands-free
  • Dial "792" followed by the group number (180-199)

Forward Calls When the Group is Busy:

  • Lift the handset or use hands-free
  • Dial "793" and the group number (180-199)
  • Dial the extension number to receive the calls or enter an external phone number, starting with "9" and end with "#".

Voice Mail
When you hear a broken dial tone upon lifting the handset, there is a new message in your mailbox.


Retrieve Messages:

  • Lift the handset or use hands-free mode
  • Dial "*" and your extension number
  • Dial your password (default is "1111").
  • Dial "1" to play messages

Speed Dial

Program Station Speed Dials:

  • Lift handset or use hands-free
  • Dial "75"
  • Enter the location where you want to store the number (01-30)
  • Dial the number to store.
  • Hang up.

Use Station Speed Dials

  • Lift handset or use hands-free
  • Dial "74".
  • Enter the location of the stored number (01-30).

Use System Speed Dials

  • Lift handset or use hands-free
  • Dial a system speed dial number ("8001" to "8500")
