   Reach Another Extension in the Building
handsfree buttonPress the "Handsfree" key or lift the handset. Dial the extension number or press the Name key.

   Take an Incoming Call
Press the "Handsfree" key or lift the handset.

   Make an Outgoing Call
Lift the handset or press "Handsfree" and press a LINE In/Out key and dial the number.

   transfer/conferenceTransfer a Call to an Internal Extension
Press the TRAN/CON key and then press the extension number. Announce the call or hang up.

   Transfer a Call to Voice Mail
Press the TRAN/CON key. Dial "76". Dial the extension number and hang up to complete.

   Leave a Voice Mail Message for an Internal Extension
Press "436". Press "*", then the extension desired. Follow the prompts.

Lift the handset. Press the "Page" key or press page zone 60. Begin speaking. Press the hookswitchwhen you are done.

   Use the "Distinctive Ring" Feature
Lift the handset and press "Handsfree". Press "70". Dial a digit 1-5. Press "#" when you hear the ring you want.

   Handle Multiple Calls
hold buttonPut the first call on hold by pressing the "HOLD" key. Pick up the second call by press the blinking line key. Put the second call on hold by pressing the "HOLD" key. Go back to the first call by pressing its line key.

   Put the System in Night Mode
For System Administrator use only.
Press the "Night" key.

   Take the System Out of Night Mode
For System Administrator use only.
Press the "Night" key.

   Place a Conference Call
Place the first call. Press TRAN/CON. Place the next call. Press TRAN/CON again and the conference will be established.

   Use Silent Monitor
Lift the handset or press "Handsfree". Press the "Silent Monitor" key. Press the extension number you wish to monitor.

   Cancel Silent Monitor
Hang up or press "Handsfree".

   Program Station Speed Dials
Do not lift the handset. Press theProgram key. Enter the 2-digit bin number (01-29). Enter the phone number. Press the program key.

   Use Station Speed Dials
Lift the handset. Press an idle line key. Press the Program key. Press the 2-digit bin number for the number you want.

   Program A Key As A Station Speed Dial
Do not lift the handset. Press the program key. Press the key you wish to program. Enter the 2-digit bin numer (01-29). Enter the phone number (enter "9" first if you have a Centrex system). Press the "Program" key.

   Pick up a Call that is Ringing at Another Extension
Press "2", then the extension where the call is ringing.

   Pick up a Call that is Holding on Another Extension
Press "4", then the extension where the call is holding.

   Program System Speed Dials
Must be programmed from the Operator phone. Do not lift the handset. Press the "Program" key. Press "*". Enter the 3-digit bin number (001-999). Enter the phone number. Press the "Program" key.

   Use System Speed Dials
Lift the handset. Press an idle line key. Press the "Program" key. Press "*". Press the 3-digit bin number for the number you want.

   Use Call Forwarding
Lift the handset. Press the "FWD" key. Press the "EXT" key. Press the extension number you want to forward to. Enter the destination extension.

   Cancel Call Forwarding
Do not lift the handset. Press the "FWD" key.

   Use the Orbit Feature
For Use if you try to transfer a call and find the party is not at their extnesion.
Press TRAN/CON then select an orbit position (50-54 for use by receptionist, or 55-59 for all others). Press the "Page" key. Announce who the call is for and what position is is Orbited on. If the call isn't answered in 2 minutes, it will ring back to you.

   Pick Up an Orbit Call
Lift the handset or press "Handsfree". Go to any phone in the system and press the announced Orbit number.

   Program Name Buttons
Press the Program button. Press the button you want to program. Enter the 4-digit extension number.

ACD Operations

   Use the "Unavailable" Key
Press the "Unavailable" key if you are going to be away from your desk for a short period of time. The key will light up. Press the "Unavailable" key again whenyou are ready to take calls again. The key will no longer be illuminated.

   Use the English and Spanish Queue Features
Button will be lit when 1 call is in queue. Button will flash slowly when 2 calls are in queue. Button will flash rapidly when 3 or more calls are in queue.

   Use the Release Key
Use the "Release" key to end a call.

   Log Into the ACD Queue
Press the "Log" button. Enter your 3-digit agent log code. You must be logged in to the ACD queue to take calls.

     Voice Mail Operations

   Access Voice Mail when the Message Indicator Light is Flashing
Press the Voice mail key. Enter your password and follow prompts.

   Access Voice Mail when the Message Indicator Light is Not Flashing
Lift the receiver or press "handsfree". Press "436" When the Auto Attendant begins playing, press the "#" key. Enter your 4-digit mailbox number. Follow the prompts.

   Access Voice Mail From Outside the Office
Dial in and transfer to extenstion 436. Press the "#" key and follow the prompts.

   Initialize my Voice Mailbox
Access Voice Mail. Enter your password (your extension number). Follow the prompts. Enter your 4-9 digit password when prompted. When prompted to record your name, state your full name and extension number.

   What Should I Record for a Greeting?
"Hello, you have reached (full name). I'm sorry I've missed your call. Please leave a detailed message so that I can get back to you with the information you need. If you can let me know the best time to reach you I will try to get back to you then. "
