If you select "1" for System Greetings, the system will prompt you for the greeting number (1-9). Enter the greeting number you want to work with Dial 1.

Press 1 to review.
Press 2 to record. Press "#" to save.
Press 3 to delete.

After recording your greeting. Press "*" to select another greeting. Press "**" to return to the Administrator Options Menu. Press "***" to exit the system.

 

How to Add a VoiceMailbox
1. Press 24
2. Wait to hear the Automated Attendant Greeting
3. Press #
4. Press #
5. Press 0
6. Enter the password (default is 9#56)
7. Press 2 for Mailbox Administration
8. Enter the mailbox umber you want to add
9. Press 2 to add the mailbox

How to Delete a Mailboxvodavi-compatible phone
1. Press 24
2. Wait to hear the Automated Attendant Greeting
3. Press #
4. Press #
5. Press 0
6. Enter the password (default is 9#56)
7. Press 2 for Mailbox Administration
8. Enter the mailbox you want to delete
9. Press 3 to delete the mailbox
10. Press # to confirm deletion
The system will confirm that the mailbox was deleted.


How to Change an Access Code
1. Press 24
2. Wait to hear the Automated Attendant Greeting
3. Press #
4. Press #
5. Press 0
6. Enter the password (default is 9#56)
7. Press 2 for Mailbox Administration
8. Enter the mailbox you want to change password for
9. Press 1 to Change an Access Code
10. Enter the new password
The system will repeat the password to confirm.

How to Modify Open & Closed Schedule
1. Press 24
2. Wait to hear the Automated Attendant Greeting
3. Press #
4. Press #
5. Press 0
6. Enter the password (default is 9#56)
7. Press 9 to Change Open & Closed Schedule
8. Press 1 to select the day of the week
1 for Sunday
2 for Saturday

2 for Close
6 for Open
1. Select Opening & Closing Time
2. Press 1 to Review
3. Press 2 to Change
4. Press 3 to Delete
5. Press * to back up one level

6. Press 2, select port 1.

8. Press 2, select port 2.
9. Press 3 for Automated Attendant Configuration
10. Press 2, select port 3.
11. Press 3 for Automated Attendant Configuration
12. Press 2, select port 4.

Automated Attendant Configuration
Change temporary greeting back to normal greeting:
1. Dial a voice mail port (station number).
2. Press #
3. Press #0
4. Enter the password (default is 9#56)
5. Press 3 for Automated Attendant Configuration
6. Press 1, select port 1.
7. Press 3 for Automated Attendant Configuration
8. Press 1, select port 2.
9. Press 3 for Automated Attendant Configuration
10. Press 1, select port 3.
11. Press 3 for Automated Attendant Configuration
12. Press 1, select port 4.




How to Select PBX Integration
1. Press 24
2. Wait to hear the Automated Attendant Greeting
3. Press #
4. Press #
5. Press 0
6. Enter the password (default is 9#56)
7. Press 6 to Select PBX Integration
8. Press 1 to Review Data (integration number 0)
9. Press 2 to Change
10. Press * to Exit

System should always be in PBX mode

How to Set the Date & Time
How to Set Date & Time through the display:
1. Press Feat # 0
2. At the CHK PSWD:_prompt Enter 0000 (Default Password)
3. From the soft menu Press SAVE
4. Select TIME and Press SHOW
5. Press CHG and enter the YEAR and press SAVE then press NEXT
6. Press CHG until the correct MONTH appears then press NEXT
7. Press CHG and enter in the correct DAY and press SAVE then press NEXT
8. Press CHG until the correct WEEKDAY is selected and then press NEXT
9. Press CHG and enter in the correct HOUR and press SAVE and press NEXT
10. Press CHG and enter in the correct MINUTE and press SAVE

How to Set Date & Time through the phone:
1. Press 24
2. Wait to hear the Automated Attendant Greeting
3. Press #
4. Press # 0
5. Enter the password (default is 9#56)
6. Press 4 for Date & Time
7. Press 1 to Review Date
8. Press 2 to change Date & Time
9. Enter time in 24 hour format
10. Enter date in MM DD YY
