Digital TalkPath greets callers, offering your choice of department,
name and extension or name only to get people to the desired extension
or department. Digital TalkPath can request the caller's name prior
to transferring, allowing the recipient of the call to screen it or
inform the caller of their status in the station queue.
Administration Made Easy
Using a Windows-based programming interface, Digital Talkpath is easily
integrated with Vodavi Digital Systems. Installation and administration
is simple with set-up screen to guide users step by step. Most programming,
including mailbox administration, message waiting, transfer set ups
and time of day greetings. Most programming can be done from a telephone
site, on or off-site.
