StarPlus Digital systems are fully compatible with industry
standard single line telephones as well as StarPlus Digital Key Telephones.
This compatibility provides for interface with fax machines, voice
mail and auto attendant.
True DTMF Tone Signaling allows access to voice
mail, auto attendant, interactive voice response, long distance access
codes and personal pagers.
Caller ID Integration* combines telephone company
Caller ID with system call processing to provide incoming Caller ID
display, Station Message Detail Recording, unanswered call management
and PC interface.
Off-Hook Voice Answer allows those already on
a call to have another incoming call announced without interrupting
the original call. Silent Messaging can be used to respond to the
announcer.
Distinctive Ringing allows each station user
to program any one of 81 different ring tones.
Uniform Call Distribution, agent wrap-up time,
length of oldest call and number of calls in the queue allows monitoring
of agent performance.
Automatic Call Distribution (optional) adds features
such as Agent Login/Logout, Agent ID, Help or Supervisor Alert, Silent
Monitoring and Supervisor Positions for improved call management.
Remote System Administration allows system programming
and diagnostics to be performed from an off-site location, reducing
the need for service calls. The system takes advantage of standard
CO lines connected to the system, meaning that no dedicated lines
are required.
Enhanced Night Mode Operation blocks unauthorized
long distance calls, with ability to customize each station's toll
restriction level. Night Mode is activated at the end of the business
day and during the weekends.
Off Net Call Forwarding directs calls to a remote
location using existing system telephone lines, eliminating telephone
company call forwarding charges.
*Caller ID feature from your telephone company is required.
