Main Resource Warranty

Main Resource proudly warrantees the quality and performance of our refurbished equipment for one full year from the date of purchase.  If during normal operation equipment should fail, Main Resource will promptly repair and return the equipment to you or issue an advance replacement*. If you are not satisfied with the initial appearance of the equipment shipped to you, you may return it within 15 days for a replacement or full refund.  New equipment (such as headsets) are covered by the Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM) warranty.

This guarantee excludes damage caused by accident such as; liquid spillage, improper installation, power surge, ungrounded systems, and acts of nature such as, but not limited to: lightning strikes and flood.

TAMPERING WITH THE MAIN RESOURCE WARRANTY TAG WILL VOID THIS GUARANTEE.

If equipment should fail within the one-year warranty period, please note the item's warranty tag number and call Main Resource (800-397-8417).

Your call may be directed to a Service Support Technician to assist you in resolving the problem over the phone.

You will be issued a MRA# for the equipment that is being returned to us.  Please reference this number on the outside of the shipping container when returning the item.

If an advance replacement is issued, you will be invoiced. Main Resource will credit that invoice if the defective items is returned to us within 15 days.

Equipment out of warranty may be subject to a service charge.

*Subject to availability. Advance replacements will only be offered to customers in good standing with Main Resource.
