Preferences:
Set Default Volume on Speakerphone
Press the Transfer key. Press "2504". Press the desired extension
number and hang up.
Use the "Distinctive Ring" Feature 
Lift the handset or press "SPKR". Press the "infinity" key.
Press "398". Press your choice of 0-9 on the keypad. Press "SPKR"
when you hear the ring you want.
Program Station Speed Dials
Press "Infinity" and "383". Enter the speed Dial Number
(0-9). Enter the telephone number (up to 32 digits). Press "#" to
accept.
Program System Speed Dials
Do not lift the handset. Press "9801". Enter the 3-digit bin number
(001-999). To enter the characters for the location name, use the keypad. Press
the "#" key to save the name. Enter the telephone number to be stored.
Press the "#" key to save the number and exit.
Program Name Buttons
Press the "Infinity" key. Press "397". Press the button
you want to program. Enter the 3-digit extension number.
Put the System In Night Mode
For System Administrator use only. Press the "Night" Key. The "Night"
key should now be illuminated.

Deactivate Night Mode
Press the "Night" key. The key should no longer be illuminated.
Change the name on your telephone's display
Note: Usernames must be programmed from a phone that has been designated an
Administrator phone in database programming. A password may or may not be required.
- Without pressing "SPKR" or lifting the handset, press the "SPCL"
or Infinity key and dial "9932" to enter programming. (If you get
a "Reserved Feature" message when you dial "9932" to enter
programming, the phone you are using is not programmed as an administrator
phone.)
- Enter password if prompted.
- Press "1" for station programming.
- Dial the extension number of the station you wish to program.
- Press "#".
- Dial "2" for station information.
- Dial "2" to change username.
- Press "MSG" key.
- Dial in the new username.
- Press "#" to end.
Receiving and Making Calls
Reach Another Extension in the Building
Press the SPKR key or lift the handset. Dial the extension number or press a
Name key.
Leave A Voice Mail Message For an Internal Extension
Press "2504". Press the desired extension number and follow the prompts.
Answer An Incoming Call
Lift handset while it is ringing. If your set is not ringing, lift the handset
and press the flashing line key.

Handle Multiple Incoming Calls
Put the first call on hold, pressing the "HOLD" key. Pick up the second
call by pressing the blinking line key. Put the second call on hold, pressing
the "HOLD" key. Go back to the first call by pressing its line key.
Pick Up a Call That is Ringing at Another Extension
Press the "Answer" key, then the extension that the call is ringing
at.
Pick Up a Call That is Holding On Another Extension
Press the "Answer" key, then the extension that the call is holding
on.
Make an Outgoing Call
Lift handset and press the "Outgoing" button. Dial the phone number.
Place a Conference Call
While on the first call, press the "CNF" button or "Infinity"
and the "5" key. Place an intercom or outside call. Press the "CNF"
button or "Infinity" and "5". Press "CNF" or "Infinity"
plus "5" again and the conference call will be established.
Use Station Speed Dials
Lift the handset. Press and idle line key. Press the speed dial key or "Infinity"
and "382, then the speed dial bin number (0-9).
Use System Speed Dials
Lift the handset or press the "SPKR" key. Press an idle line key.
Press "381". Press the 3-digit bin number (000-999). Press the "#"
key to dial the number.

Call Handling
Transfer a Call to Another Extension
Press the "Transfer" key and then dial the extension number, or press
the name key. Announce the call or hang up.
Transfer a Call To VoiceMail
Press the Transfer key. Press "2504". Press the desired extension
number and hang up.
Use the Call Forwarding Feature
Press "FWD". Press "355" to forward all calls. Enter the
destination extension. To forward to an outside telephone number, select an
outgoing line and dial the telephone number.
Forward all your calls to voice mail
Put your phone in manual forward by pressing the "FWD" key. Then enter
the forward destination, which would be the extension number of the voic mail
application on your system. If you are not sure what it is, ask the operator
as it is the same number they would use to transfer a caller directly to someone's
mailbox.
Cancel Call Forwarding
Press the "FWD" key, then the "SPKR" key.

Other Features
Page Someone
Lift the handset. Press the "infinity" key or press page zone "71".
When you begin speaking, your voice will be heard over all the speakers on the
phone system.
Disable Page
From the phone, press the SPCL key or the Infinity key, then dial 325. To receive
Pages again, repeat the same process again.
This will enable and disable Pages to be received on the Keyset. There is no
feature code to disable the Keyset from making Pages.
Use Silent Monitor
Lift the handset or press "SPKR". Press the Silent Monitor key. Press
the extension you wish to monitor.
Cancel Silent Monitor
Hang up or press "SPKR".
Use the DND Key
Press the "DND" key if you are going to be away from your desk. When
you return, press the "DND" key again. The key will no longer be lit
and you will be able to receive calls.
Log Into the ACD Queue
Press the "Agent Log" button. Enter your 3-digit agent log code.

Voice Mail
IMPORTANT NOTE: Extension 2504 is set up as our Message Notification
Application in our Axxess System. Since the Axxess Phone System is so flexible,
this number may not be the same in your system. Find out from your Phone System
Administrator what the extension number for the Message Notification Retrieval
Application is in the Voice Mail System. This will be the number you will need
to dial instead of the 2504.
Access my Voice Mail when the Message Indicator Light is Flashing
Press the "SPKR" key or lift the handset. Press the "MSG"
key and follow the prompts.
Access my Voice Mail when the Message Indicator Light is Not Flashing
Lift the receiver or press "SPKR". Press "2504". When the
Auto Attendant begins speaking, press the "*" key. Enter your 4-digit
mailbox. Follow the voice prompts.
Access my Voice Mail from Outside the Office
Dial in and transfer to extension 2504. Press the "*" key and follow
the prompts.
Initialize my Voice Mailbox
Lift the handset or press the "SPKR" key. Enter "2504".
Enter your temporary password (your extension number) and press "#".
Follow the prompts. State your full name and extension number when prompted
for your name.
What Should I Record As My Greeting?
"Hello, you have reached (Your Name). I'm sorry I've missed your call.
Please leave a detailed message so that I can get back to you with the information
you need. Let me know the best time to reach you and I'll try to get back to
you then. Thank you for your call.
