If during normal operation equipment should fail, Main Resource will promptly repair and return the equipment to you or issue an advance replacement*. If you are not satisfied with the initial appearance of the equipment shipped to you, you may return it within 10 days for a replacement or refund (less shipping). New equipment (such as headsets) are covered by the Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM) warranty. This guarantee excludes damage caused by accident such as; liquid spillage, improper installation, power surge, ungrounded systems, and acts of nature such as, but not limited to: lightning strikes and flood.
